A few days ago, one of our long-term regular clients sent us product images and placed an order for 100 pieces of brakeman jackets for export to the United States. After several rounds of negotiations and communications, we finally confirmed the jacket style, lining material and button design.

    Here is a brief introduction to the customization process of this garment, hoping to offer practical reference for customers with customization demands.

     First, confirm the jacket style and draw pattern drawings.Our pattern makers will make two sets of templates according to the drawings: one for leather cutting and the other for lining cutting. The whole template production takes 2 to 3 days without other work delays.

     After finishing the templates, we select tea-core cowhide as the main leather material for the brakeman jacket, which can form a natural vintage patina after long-term wear.We failed to take on-site photos during the leather cutting process due to busy work, so we use reference pictures to show the cutting procedure for your reference.

    Professional leather cutters cut all garment parts strictly in accordance with the templates and mark each part clearly to facilitate the subsequent sewing work.Seamstresses sew the leather parts into semi-finished products following the patterns, and then attach the matched lining completely.

     After half a day of meticulous sewing, the finished jackets are completed. Attached are the fitting effect pictures of the finished brakeman leather jackets.
